Delete your VidSfy account

You can request permanent deletion of your VidSfy account and associated server-side account data. Local projects on your device can also be removed.

Option A — Request by email (recommended)

Send an email from the address linked to your VidSfy account to orbitocp@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: VidSfy Account Deletion Request.
Include: the email used for Google or OTP sign-in, and confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted.
We will verify ownership and process the request, typically within 7 days (often sooner).

Option B — In the app

If your installed version includes Account → delete controls, follow the on-screen steps while signed in. You can also sign out from the Account menu when you only want to end the session.

What gets deleted

Your VidSfy account profile stored for sign-in (e.g., email / Google identity linkage we maintain)
Related account records used for authentication

What may remain

Videos already saved to your device gallery remain until you delete them manually
Limited records we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (if any), for the period required by law
Anonymized analytics that cannot identify you

Local data on your phone

To remove local projects: long-press items in the gallery (where supported) or clear app storage / uninstall VidSfy from Android Settings. Uninstalling does not automatically email us an account deletion request — use Option A for server-side account deletion.

Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent. Export any videos you want to keep. You will need to create a new account to use VidSfy again.
