1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VidSfy Android application and related website pages. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

VidSfy provides tools to record, import, edit, and export short vertical videos on Android devices. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your country. You are responsible for activity under your Google or email account used to sign in, and for keeping verification codes confidential.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VidSfy on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except as allowed by applicable law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of media you create. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to any footage, music, images, or other materials you import or add. You must not use VidSfy to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse authentication, OTP, or other systems
• Do not use the app for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Do not bypass technical limitations or security controls

7. Third-party services

Sign-in and email delivery may rely on third parties (such as Google). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

8. Disclaimers

VidSfy is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Editing results and export quality can vary by device performance and available storage.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidSfy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or media, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).

10. Termination

You may stop using VidSfy at any time and may request account deletion as described on the Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and systems.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
